ABOUT US
The Tanzie Project, Inc. is a 501c3 registered nonprofit, incorporated in Virginia.
We're Walker and Katie Ward, and we founded the The Tanzie Project after adopting a homeless Bosnian street dog named Tanzie. We want to save others like her, because she brings our family so much joy.

Our mission is to bring awareness and support to saving the forgotten, homeless pets of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
​
The Tanzie Project accomplishes this mission through animal rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption through networking and volunteers.
